Keep your swing strong and your game in shape with our Yoga for Golfers Classes at Nelson Bay Golf Club. Running twice a week, these sessions are designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mobility to help you play better and reduce the risk of injury.
Led by Seva, an experienced Yoga instructor, the classes are accessible, uplifting, and deeply nourishing—helping people of all levels connect to their bodies, build strength and find flexibility.

Ladies, if you have been looking to try golf, come join us for a fun-filled Get-Into-Golf program with coach Ken Dukes.
The program will run over five consecutive weeks, on Mondays from 1pm – 2pm, ending in an on-course session in week 4.
A 4-clinic series, a perfect opportunity for small groups of ladies seeking to advance their golf skills across various aspects of the game.
Fridays 10am-11am starting on Friday 13 February for four consecutive weeks.
Sessions focus on Full Swing, Putting, Pitching & Chipping, and Driving.

During school terms, budding players participate in engaging teaching and fitness golf clinics led by our experienced Teaching Golf Professionals, Warren Moses and Ken Dukes. Adding to the excitement, our alternate Thursday 3-hole par-3 competitions give young golfers a chance to put their skills into practice, guided by the expertise and encouragement of senior club members.
